Do you know what it REALLY means to be grateful?
The Gratitude Retreat
It’s not just giving thanks. Truly experiencing real gratitude is life changing. The power of gratitude can help us see our lives in a new way.
This six-hour retreat is designed to help you explore your relationship with gratitude through therapeutic techniques, music, frequency and real-life integration.
$222 registration.
Go beyond saying thanks.
Explore what gratitude means to you.
What sustains you? Who makes your life richer? What do you want to appreciate more deeply? Before Thanksgiving, give those questions more than a passing thought.
Explore your sense of connection to the earth and the people around you. Gratitude is the invitation, not a demand to feel positive. Bring what is real for you; therapists will support your exploration.
What happens
during the retreat?
The experience is more than the six hours in the room. Preparation helps you begin with intention. Integration helps you work with what comes next.
Before: talk about what brings you here.
Start with screening and approval, followed by an intention-setting appointment. Consider what gratitude means in your life, what feels difficult to appreciate, and what you want to explore.
During: explore with support around you.
A therapist-supported experience centered on gratitude and therapeutic techniques, with music, sound healing, and reflective, body-based or creative practices. Medication is not included.
After: bring the experience into your life.
Continue with ongoing integration support. Reflect on what you noticed about gratitude and connection, then choose one practical way to carry that awareness into everyday life.
This is an overview of the experience, not a timed agenda. Participation requires screening and approval.

Therapist-led.
Not a journey alone.
When something meaningful comes up, support matters. Therapists help you engage with the experience using therapeutic techniques, with attention to what you can work with afterward.
Therapeutic support helps you explore what arises, including the relationships, emotions and patterns that shape your ability to feel connected. Medication is not included in retreat registration.
See what you may overlook
Explore the people, moments and everyday sources of support you want to appreciate more fully.
Explore what connects you
Reflect on your relationship with the earth and the people who share your life.
Bring appreciation into action
Choose a practical way to express what matters, then work with it through ongoing integration.
These are possibilities to explore, not promises of a particular outcome. Every experience is personal.
Support after
the retreat.
What might gratitude look like after the retreat: a conversation, a changed habit, a moment of attention? Integration gives you space to explore those questions and work with what you learned.
You don’t have to turn everything into an answer immediately. The work can unfold over time.
- 01Notice a pattern.
- 02Choose one practical change.
- 03Try it in everyday life.
- 04Reflect and adjust with support.
An example of the integration process. Ask the team about the format and frequency of ongoing support.
Make space for gratitude.

Choose your registration option below. Medication is not included. Screening and approval are required.
Before you
register.
Is medication included?
No. Medication is not included in retreat registration. The screening process is the place to discuss whether the retreat is appropriate for you and ask questions about participation.
Do I need to feel grateful already?
No. Gratitude is an invitation, not a requirement to feel positive. Come with what is real for you and what you want to explore.
Who can participate?
Participation is limited to approved Sacred Bloom members and requires screening and approval. Psychedelic experiences carry medical and psychological risks. Never change prescribed medication without your prescribing clinician.
What support continues afterward?
The retreat includes ongoing integration support to help you reflect and work on practical changes. Ask the team about its format, frequency and how to access it before registering.
Can insurance help with the cost?
Choose the free insurance-interest option on Humanitix if you want to explore this with the team. Coverage is not guaranteed, and choosing that option does not mean the retreat is free or that you are approved to participate.
What is the refund policy?
Humanitix currently states that refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Review the current terms before registering, especially when registering within 30 days. Use the event’s Contact host link if you need clarification.
Where do I ask a question?
Use Contact host on the Humanitix event page. For personal health details, use the team’s secure screening process rather than ordinary email or an event message.
